Project completed in spring of 2022.
The problem: A local developer needed water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and road construction for a subdivision.
The solution/work completed: HRP teamed up with a local developer and their contractor to efficiently complete the scopes of work that were beyond the capacity of their partner contractor to take on within the timeline needed.
What was interesting about this project: We developed and have continued a new relationship with the developer and other contractor to support them on other larger-scale projects.
