CSO 023A LTCP Mishawaka
New storm sewer installation, CIPP lining and partial replacement of existing sanitary sewer, partial water main and service replacement.
The Hills at St. Joe Farm
Earthwork and utility construction for a new subdivision in Granger, Indiana.
Virgil WTP Improvements, Mishawaka
Construction of a new 1.5 MG concrete ground storage tank, demolition of the existing storage tank, and additional site improvements within the water treatment plant and Eberhart golf course.
Mishawaka DPs – Ireland Trail and Ireland Road, Mishawaka – South Pumping District
Construction of a new 2.0 MG concrete storage tank, construction of a new booster station, new water main, rehabilitation of old storage tank.
East College Avenue Roadway Loop & Lift Station
Construction of a new industrial park roadway and utilities, including deep sanitary sewer installation and laterals, a 35′ deep lift station, 12″ water main, and 12″-60″ storm sewer system.
LaPorte Letters and Numbers Contract 2A and 2B
A large road reconstruction project to rebuild 13 blocks of road.
Benham Avenue Lift Station and Force Main Div. 1 and Div. 2
Construction of two large systems to separate the stormwater from the sanitary sewer and construction of water main, while working in a very busy city area with multiple unknown utilities.
Beck’s Lake Lasalle Park EPA Master Plan
Project was to remediate a lead contamination issue for the City of South Bend and a third party at a South Bend Park. HRP had to perform mass earthwork operations while still maintaining the park for residents to use.
Wakarusa CSO Storage Facility
Constructed a new half-million gallon underground sewer storage tank using 72″ diameter Weholite pipe that was welded together in the field.
