Senior Leadership
Almost 3 decades at HRP -- the last nearly 10 years as company President. Believes in taking care of our HRP family and ongoing stewardship of HRP.
With a BS in Business Nancy has 34 years in the construction industry. She enjoys time spent with 7 grandchildren and traveling almost anywhere.
Jered has been with HRP since 2005 and has B.S. in Const. Mgmt. He is a husband and father to 3 active children, and they enjoy traveling.
Over 32 years at HRP Construction. John spends his spare time managing his son's stock car racing team, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Chris started at HRP as an intern in 2000. He especially enjoys challenging projects, and lives in Granger with his wife and two teenage boys.
Field Leadership
Steve has a B.S. in Building Const. Mgmt. and has been with HRP since 2000. He especially enjoys the large and complex projects.
Bill has 40 years in construction and joined HRP in 2007. He has a B.S. in Const. Mgmt. and enjoys sarcastic comments and collecting dust.
Mike has 26 years in construction and joined HRP in 2009. He lives on a small hobby farm with his wife and 3 boys and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Jason has been in construction since 2004 and joined HRP in 2011. He is a proud husband and father of three, and enjoys home projects.
Ian has 28 years of construction experience and came to HRP in 2017. He believes himself to be an easy going guy, and enjoys hunting.
Kevin became a Field Supervisor at HRP in 2020, with much prior construction experience. He loves spending time with his kids and going to church.
Brad has 25 years of construction experience and started at HRP in 2022. He particularly enjoys the big, complicated, deep pipe projects.
Cody has 9 years of construction experience and became Field Supervisor in 2024. He especially enjoys the more difficult jobs at greater depths.
Ryan started in construction at HRP in 2023. He is a Navy veteran who enjoys spending time with family and catching bigger fish than Chris.
Adam recently moved into the role of Assistant Field Supervisor after working for HRP Construction since 2019. He enjoys riding motorcycles.
Office Leadership
Jeff has a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 40 years of experience, and started at HRP in 2012. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and motorcycling.
Joe has been in construction for 18 years, and at HRP since 2012. Joe is married with four children, and is active in church and school.
B.S. in Building Const. Mgmt. Joe has been with HRP since 1999. He enjoys spending time with his family, going camping, and grilling / smoking meat.
B.S. in Building Const. Mgmt. he started at HRP as an intern in 2014, and enjoys working with our team on the interesting projects.
Ethan has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Mgmt., 8 years of experience in the construction industry, and has been with HRP since 2020.
Cam has a B.S. in Business Mgmt. with 5 years in construction. He started with HRP in 2024, and enjoys coaching and watching football.
Julie joined the HRP family in 2015, and enjoys reading, bicycling, and attending her grand- children's sports, music, and academic events.
Office Administrative
Cindy has been with HRP since 2011. She enjoys spending time with family and grandchildren, loves the outdoors and camping.
Michelle has been with HRP since 2021, and loves working hard and spending time with her family and her dogs.
Jacki joined HRP as an Administrative Assistant in 2025. She enjoys being a soccer mom and spending time with her family.
Krista began her career with HRP in 2025, has an MBA in Finance, and has broad financial leadership experience, including 6 years in construction.
Katlin joined the HRP family in 2025 and has a B.S. in Marketing and Management. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Aaron joined HRP Construction as a laborer /pipe layer in 2000, and now holds the position of Warehouse Manager.
Jon joined the HRP Family in 1995. He's responsible for mobilizing and demobilizing all of our iron on the low-boy semi.
Zach has a passion for quality. He likes spending time with friends and family and also enjoy cars and streetwear culture.
